Icon Precast Llc.

We are based out of Thane at the Shubharam Commercial Building. Our office is number 603 in Building No. 6, which is in the Manpada area. It is a fairly busy commercial spot and there are always people coming and going. Icon Precast Llc. has been here for a good bit of time. The office itself is nothing to brag about. It is full of concrete samples, big binders full of invoices, and some heavy-duty desks. We deal with precast materials, so our work involves a lot of heavy lifting and logistics. It isn't a clean, white-collar job. We are often on the phone with the yard or talking to truck drivers about deliveries. The traffic in Thane can be a nightmare sometimes, so we spend a lot of time planning our routes. We have a small, dedicated team here. We don't do big presentations or have many meetings. We just get the orders in and make sure the materials get to where they need to go. The building is okay, though the lift breaks down sometimes and we have to walk up to the sixth floor. It is just a regular place where we work hard and try to keep everything moving. We have been in Manpada long enough to know the best spots for a quick lunch and we usually take our breaks together when we can.
