Ibm Consultancy

This is the Ibm Consultancy branch located out in Parli Vaijnath, specifically over at Shakti Kunj. Maharashtra is a huge state, and being here in the 431 520 area is a bit different from the big city offices in Mumbai or Pune. It’s a bit quieter here, which some of us actually prefer. We handle consultancy work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to figure out their business problems. We are based at P.D -4 in Shakti Kunj. It’s a local spot, nothing like those towering skyscrapers. Our team is small, so we all know each other’s families and what everyone is doing for the holidays. We don’t have a big corporate culture here. It feels more like a local shop that happens to do high-level consulting. We sit around our desks, drink a lot of chai, and work through spreadsheets and plans. Sometimes people from the neighborhood drop by just to say hello. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we still have to meet our deadlines. We don’t use any fancy talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just provide advice based on what we know about the industry. Parli Vaijnath is a good place to be, and we’re happy to be working from Shakti Kunj. It's a humble office, but it serves us well for the kind of work we do every day.
