Iaco Limited

Iaco Limited is based in Iaco House on Patel Estate Road, right across from Unichem Labs in Gogeshwari (W). The building has been our home for a good number of years. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our doors. Inside Iaco House, things are pretty functional and unpretentious. We have different floors for different parts of the business, but everyone knows each other. The walk from the station can be a bit of a trek in the heat, so we usually appreciate the shade when we finally get inside. We don’t have a fancy corporate lobby with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a regular office building where people are busy at their desks. Being near Unichem Labs makes it easy to give people directions since everyone knows that landmark. The traffic on Patel Estate Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often end up staying a bit late to avoid the worst of it. We just focus on our daily operations without much fuss. There isn't a lot of corporate culture talk here; we just get the work done and go home to our families. It’s a steady place to work, and we like the location despite the crowds. We have been here through many changes in the neighborhood.
