I Studio Architecture

We are located over in Matunga East, specifically on Ram Bagh Lane. If you know Matunga Central, you know it gets busy, especially around the station area. Our spot is at Sion Bit 49. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character, and we like being in this part of town. The commute for some of us is just a quick walk. I Studio Architecture is basically just a few of us sitting around tables covered in blueprints. There is usually a lot of tea being drank during the day. The neighborhood is full of small shops and the smell of South Indian food from the nearby places. It can be a bit distracting when you’re trying to focus on a structural detail, but it’s part of the life here. Our office isn't one of those glass-walled places you see in magazines. It's more of a functional room with good light coming in through the windows in the afternoon. We keep our files organized as best we can, though things tend to get messy during a big project. Ram Bagh Lane is relatively quiet compared to the main road, which helps us focus. Usually, we are just busy checking local codes or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s just how we do things at Sion Bit 49. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. It’s a good, simple place to work on building designs every day.
