I Global Software

We are I Global Software, based in Mumbai. Unlike a lot of the shipping companies around here, we deal with code and computers. Our office is probably a bit quieter than a warehouse, but it still gets pretty lively when we are trying to solve a tricky bug or finish a project. We are just a bunch of people who enjoy building things on the screen. Mumbai is a great place for this because there is so much energy, even if the commute to the office can be a bit of a struggle. We don't have any of those fancy office perks you hear about in the big tech hubs; we just have decent computers and plenty of coffee. Most of our day is spent typing away and having meetings to figure out what needs to happen next. It is honest work, just in a digital way. We’ve been doing software for a while now and have seen many trends come and go. We don't try to chase every new thing; we just focus on making stuff that actually works for the people using it. It’s a bit of a mixed bag of tasks every day. Sometimes we are doing support, other times we are starting something from scratch. We like the variety. Being in Mumbai keeps us on our toes, and we are just happy to be part of the local tech scene here. It's a living.
