You can find us over at 54, 12Th Cross on the 22Nd Main in Mumbai. I. Blue Dart Express Ltd is a busy spot, especially in this part of the city. We are a group of regular people who spend our days sorting through packages and making sure everything gets to where it’s supposed to go. Mumbai is a fast-paced town, and we definitely feel that here every single day. Our office isn't the most organized place in the world, as there are always boxes and envelopes stacked up near the door. We have a small team of delivery guys and a couple of us handling the desk. It’s a lot of typing into the computer and answering the same questions over and over. We don't use any corporate talk or big promises. We just tell you when the package should arrive and hope the traffic isn't too bad. Most of us have been working here for a few years, so we’ve seen it all. We have our regulars who come in every morning with their documents. It’s a decent job and it keeps us busy. Sometimes the air conditioning breaks and we just have to open the windows and deal with the noise from the street. It’s just how things are. We are just trying to run a simple express service without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures. We stay focused on the daily grind and getting things out.
