Hydroair Tectonics (Pcd) Ltd.

Our place is in Sector-9 of Vashi, right in the JN-2/4/B-6 block. Vashi is such a busy hub in Navi Mumbai, but our little corner is relatively grounded. We’ve been here at Hydroair Tectonics (Pcd) Ltd. for a good stretch of time. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials for us to do our work every day. We aren't big on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Mostly, it’s just sturdy tables and a lot of filing cabinets. You can hear the sounds of the street from the windows, which keeps us feeling connected to the world outside. We usually start the morning by sorting through the tasks that came in the night before. Everyone knows their role, so we don't need a lot of meetings or long explanations. If someone needs help, they just ask the person sitting next to them. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We deal with a lot of technical air and water systems stuff, so the desks are often covered in diagrams and parts lists. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but we try to keep a normal schedule. The location in Sector-9 is convenient for getting around the city, and we’ve gotten to know the other small business owners in the immediate area. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
