You can find us at unit 407 in the Palm Springs Centre on Link Road, Malad West. Being in Mumbai, it’s always a bit of a rush, but we’ve settled into this spot nicely. Hydranautica-A Nitto Group Company is the name on the door, though most of us just think of it as our daily workspace. Link Road is usually packed with cars and people, so there’s a lot of energy around. Our office isn't anything over the top. It’s a functional space where we handle water treatment tech and things like that. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at technical drawings. Even though we are part of a larger group, this local office feels pretty grounded. We have our small kitchen area and a few meeting rooms that get used more for catching up than for big board meetings. Malad West is a great place to be because everything is close by, even if the commute can be a bit of a headache. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing here. We just focus on the engineering and the client needs. It’s a lot of hard work, but we have a good rhythm going. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we know how to help each other out when things get busy. It’s a straightforward environment and we try to keep things simple.
