We are located at A-19/104 in Shanti Dham, right behind Royal College on Mira Road. It’s a decent neighborhood, though it has become much more crowded over the last few years. Our office is full of people working on various global services. It’s the kind of place where there is always a low hum of conversation and the clicking of keyboards. We don’t have a fancy lobby with marble floors. It’s just a functional space where we get our work done. Most of the staff live nearby, so there is a bit of a community feel to the place. We talk about the local trains and the traffic on Mira Road quite a bit. The work we do is mainly about supporting international operations, which means we are often working while people in other parts of the world are sleeping. It can be a bit of a strange schedule sometimes. We don’t have any big slogans or mission statements plastered on the walls. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home to our families. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are system updates or big projects. We just take it in stride. It’s a steady job for a lot of people in this part of town. We’ve been a part of the Shanti Dham area for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of small shops come and go around us.
