Housing Development Infrastructure Ltd

You can find our office at Bldg No. 67, Room No. 1246, in Samta Nagar. We are located in Kandivali East, Mumbai 400101. It’s a busy area and our office for Housing Development Infrastructure Ltd is right in the middle of it all. We have a small space here where we manage different infrastructure tasks. It’s a regular room in a large building complex, so it can be a bit hard to find us the first time. Just look for building 67 and come up to room 1246. We have a few desks squeezed in there with our computers and files. It’s a noisy office because there’s always something happening in Samta Nagar outside our windows. We are a small team and we’ve been working together for quite a while. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through project schedules. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many projects, there are always papers everywhere. It’s a practical workplace where we focus on getting the work finished. We aren't big on corporate rules or fancy titles. We just want to get the infrastructure work done from our small spot in Kandivali. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. We usually have some tea and talk about the tasks.
