Hotels & Lodges (T) Ltd

Our office for Hotels & Lodges (T) Ltd is in a bit of an unusual spot. We are in Room Number 7 of the Nurses Quarter at Dr. Ambedkar Hospital. It’s located in Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli East. Because we are near the hospital, the atmosphere is always a bit serious but busy. The building is older and has that specific hospital feel to it. We have a small room where we keep all our ledgers and records for the hotels we manage. It’s not a place where we host big events or anything. It’s mostly just us sitting around a couple of tables, working through the accounts and talking to the staff at different locations. We get our tea from the canteen nearby. The windows look out onto the hospital grounds. It’s a very simple existence here. We don't have fancy computers or high-end decor. Most of our furniture is made of wood and has been around for decades. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find once they get to the hospital. There’s no marketing team or polished PR here. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of running lodges. It’s a lot of phone work and writing things down by hand. We’ve stayed in Vikhroli because it’s where we started and it works for us. It’s a very plain, honest way to run a business without any unnecessary bells and whistles.
