Hos ,Mumbai

We are based out of the Mountainview Co Operative Housing Society in Chiple. It’s over in New Panvel, which is a bit of a drive from the main parts of Mumbai but it’s quieter here. Being in B.6.15 means we see the neighbors all the time. It’s not your typical commercial office building. We basically run things from this spot because it's convenient for everyone involved. There’s a lot of greenery around this part of Navi Mumbai, which makes the workday go by a bit faster. We started Hos quite some time ago. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. Usually, it's just a few of us making sure things are running the way they should. People often get lost trying to find the specific block, but once you're in the society, it’s not too bad. We keep things pretty straightforward around here. No one wears suits or talks in that weird corporate language you hear in the city centers. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we manage. Living and working in the same general area has its ups and downs. Most of our days are spent on the phone or at our desks. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra overhead of a fancy downtown office or expensive commercial rent.
