Homoeopathic Care Clinic

We’ve been here at the junction of Mahant Road and Prathana Samaj Road for quite a long time now. Our clinic is up on the first floor of the Rushi Sanket building, specifically in B 101. It’s a busy spot in Vile Parle East, and you can always hear the traffic and the people shouting down on the street from our window. Every morning starts about the same way. One of us gets here early, unlocks the heavy door, and starts getting the rooms ready. The building itself is one of those older Mumbai structures that has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is being moody that day. Most of the people who come to see us are from the neighborhood or have been told about us by a friend who lives nearby. We don’t have any big neon signs or fancy advertisements. We just have a small nameplate outside. Inside, it is pretty simple. We have a few wooden chairs for people to wait in and a small desk where we keep all the records. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We know many of our visitors by name because they have been coming here for years. It feels more like a small community hub than a formal medical office. We just do our work and go home.
