If you are looking for us, we are in Office No. G/8, right off Aarey Road in Goregaon East. It’s a ground floor spot, which is nice because we don't have to deal with the lift when it breaks down, which happens more than you’d think in this building. The office at Hirendra K Mehta & Associates is pretty packed with files. We’ve been here long enough that every cupboard is full, and we’ve started putting folders on top of the cupboards too. It's a bit of a tight squeeze when we have more than two visitors at a time. The area around Road No 2 is usually quite busy with people heading towards the station or the park. We get a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our team is small, and we don't really bother with fancy titles or formal meetings. We just shout across the room if we need help with something. The furniture is a bit mismatched, mostly stuff we’ve picked up over time as we needed it. We aren't here to win any design awards for our office space. We just focus on the legal and associate work that needs to be finished by the end of the week. It’s a lot of reading and checking details, which can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized as best as we can.
