The office is on the 3rd floor of Kanak Mahavir, which is a building on Old Thana Naka Road in Panvel. It’s H.No. 302. We are situated pretty close to the H.O.C. Colony. Even though the company name mentions Powai and Mumbai, this Panvel spot is where we actually sit and handle the paperwork. Getting up to the third floor is part of our daily exercise. The road outside is usually quite crowded with people and vehicles going toward the station or the market. Inside, it’s a standard office setup with some desks and cupboards for the files. We deal with various property matters related to the Hirco projects. Sometimes the weather in Navi Mumbai gets very humid, and the office can feel a bit stuffy, but we just keep the windows open or run the fans. We have a lot of folders full of maps and legal papers that have been collected over the years. It’s a busy environment because Panvel is growing so fast. People come by to ask about their property status or to drop off documents. We don’t do any big marketing stunts here. We just focus on the task at hand, which is mostly administrative work and staying on top of the local developments. It’s a plain, functional space where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn't a fancy place, just a room where we get the work done.
