Hirco Developments P. Ltd.

Our office is located in Flat No. B/401 at Shreedham Apartment, which is in Sector-20 of Airoli, Navi Mumbai. It’s a residential area, so it feels a lot more like a home than a stiff office building. Hirco Developments P. Ltd. has been operating from here because it’s convenient and keeps us close to the ground. We aren’t interested in the fancy corporate lifestyle you see in the big city centers. We just have our desks set up in the flat and we get to work. Most days are filled with phone calls, site visits, and sorting out documents for our projects. Since we are in an apartment complex, we see our neighbors every day and it keeps things feeling very normal. We don't have a marketing department writing big speeches for us. We just tell people what is happening with the builds. The space is a bit tight sometimes with all the files and maps we have to keep, but it works for us. Sector-20 is a good place to be in Navi Mumbai. It’s easy to get to the highway from here. We are just a bunch of regular guys working on development projects. We try to be honest about how things are going and we don't overcomplicate stuff. If you're looking for our office, just head to Plot D15/1 and ring the bell for B/401. We usually have some tea going and a lot of work on the table.
