Our office is B-205 in JM Apartment, located right opposite the garden on Nehru Road in Dombivali East. It’s a nice enough spot, especially with the greenery across the street. We’ve been here for a good number of years. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files from old projects, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who handle the day-to-day operations. Most of our work involves managing construction schedules and talking to suppliers. Dombivali is a crowded place, and Nehru Road gets quite a bit of traffic, but once you’re inside the apartment, it’s relatively quiet. We aren't interested in being a flashy company. We just do our work and try to stay on top of the different sites we have going. Sometimes we walk over to the garden during our break just to get some fresh air. We handle a lot of the phone calls ourselves instead of having a receptionist. It’s a bit more personal that way. We use a lot of paper and pens, and our desks are usually a mess of sketches and notes. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to finish the work we started and move on to the next one. It’s a simple business run by real people who know the local area well. The commute can be tough, but we are used to it by now.
