You can find us at A-704 in the Leo Nardo Building. We are right across from the Hiranandani Hospital in the Estate area on Ghod Bunder Road in Thane. Being up on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings. This office is where we do all the administrative work and meet with our project leads. It’s a decent-sized space, but it’s always full of papers and drawings. The estate is a busy place, so there’s always a lot of activity around the building. We have a small pantry where we make tea and coffee throughout the day. It’s not a silent office; there is usually a lot of talking and phone calls happening at once. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly rely on our notebooks and a few spreadsheets to keep track of everything. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different teams to make sure the construction is moving along. Sometimes we stay late when a project is reaching a deadline. We don't have any polished brochures to hand out. People usually hear about us from others who live in Thane. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We’ve been in this building for a while, and the security guards and other tenants all know us. It feels like a small community even though the estate itself is quite large. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
