We have our base at Hiranandani Const. Pvt. Ltd. in Thane West. Our office is actually inside a residential building called Shreeji Splendor. We are in flat 401 of building number three, which most people call Bluebell. It’s right near the Bramhand Phase 7 bus stop, so it’s easy to tell people where to find us. Being in a flat makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We have our computers and desks set up in the different rooms. It can get a bit noisy when the bus goes by outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We handle a lot of the private limited company stuff from here. There is usually a pot of tea going and someone on the phone. We don't have a receptionist or any of that fancy stuff. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and open it. We prefer it this way. It's more direct and less formal for everyone involved. We’ve been working in the Thane area for years now. We know the streets and the shortcuts. The work involves a lot of planning and making sure the permits are in order. It’s a lot of slow, careful work. We aren't a big flashy firm. We’re just a group of people trying to build things right in our own neighborhood. We take pride in the simple way we do things here.
