Hiral Tekronix Pvt Ltd operates out of unit C-1004 in the Shantiniketan Mittal Industrial Estate. We are right on the Andheri Kurla Road in Andheri East. If you have ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how hectic it gets with the traffic and the crowds. Our office is way up on the tenth floor. The building is an old industrial type, so it has a lot of character, even if the elevators are a bit temperamental sometimes. We spend our time working on electronic components and various technical bits for industries. It’s a lot of testing and re-testing to make sure things are right. We aren't a big, polished corporation with glass walls. Our workspace is full of manuals, soldering stations, and half-empty coffee cups. We have a small team and we have all known each other for a long time. We eat lunch together and complain about the commute or the heat. We don't have a marketing strategy. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with other businesses in the estate or nearby. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes the days are long, especially when we are trying to figure out a tricky technical problem. We just keep at it until we find a solution. It is a practical life, and we are quite happy with how we run things in our little corner of the industrial estate.
