Hindustan Construction Company Limited

We are located in the Kalpnagri building, specifically in A Wing, using flats 1503 and 1504. It is over in Vaishali Nagar, which is a busy part of Mulund West. Having two flats joined together gives us a bit more breathing room than our last office. We really need that extra space because there are always big rolls of drawings and pieces of site equipment lying around on the floor. The view from the fifteenth floor is actually decent, and you can see a good chunk of the city on a clear day. We aren't really set up for visitors or clients to come by, it is mostly just a workspace for our engineers and the admin staff. We spend our mornings going over progress reports from the various construction sites we are managing. It can get quite loud when everyone is talking on their mobile phones at the same time. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a big relief given the Mumbai heat. We have a small kitchen corner where we make tea and keep our tiffin boxes. It is a very straightforward environment with no bells or whistles. No one wears suits around here; we mostly just wear jeans and work shirts. We have a lot of history with the different projects in this area. It feels good to be part of the stuff being built, even if we are just the ones handling the paperwork.
