You can find our team at Flat No F 301 inside the Usha Complex. We are located right on Khandelwal Marg in Bhandup West. Being in Mumbai, we have to make do with the space we have, so the office is basically a flat that was converted so we could have a base for our local work. It gets pretty humid in here, especially during the monsoon months when the walls start feeling a bit damp. We have stacks of files that almost reach the ceiling in some corners. Most of us have worked here long enough that we don't even notice the constant honking from the street anymore. Our work is mostly logistical. We spend hours checking schedules and talking to different suppliers on the phone. It isn't always the most exciting way to spend a day, but the buildings wouldn't go up without someone doing the legwork. Sometimes we just order some lunch from the small shop downstairs and eat at our desks while we work. The elevator in this building is famously slow, so we usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying heavy folders or equipment. There is a specific smell of old paper and dust in the office that you just get used to after a while. We don't have a formal setup. If you knock on the door, someone will just look up from their computer and see what you need. It's just a practical place.
