This branch is located in Tilak Nagar in Chembur. We are in the B wing of Dharti CHS, building number 114/3946. It is a typical Mumbai residential society setup with shops and offices on the lower levels. The area is always noisy with kids playing and vehicles honking outside. Our office is usually cramped with folders and technical drawings. Since it’s Mumbai, space is always at a premium. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea. The commute for most of us involves the local train or a long bus ride, so we are usually a bit tired when we arrive. But once the work starts, things get busy quickly. We handle a lot of the administrative side of the construction business from this location. There are no fancy glass walls or designer furniture here. It is just a place where we come to work and deal with the daily grind. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It is a very normal, middle-class neighborhood vibe. We know the local shopkeepers and where to get the best snacks for the afternoon break. We just do our jobs and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible in the middle of all the chaos. It's just part of living and working in the city.
