The office here is in the Hiranandani Estate in Thane West, specifically in the Broadway building. It is a pretty modern area compared to some of our other sites. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a hassle with the Thane traffic, but once you are inside the estate, it is much calmer. We are in unit A 103. The space is filled with computers and the sound of people talking on their mobiles. Since we are part of a big construction firm, there is always a lot of coordination needed between the different departments. We don't really do the fancy corporate talk. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold, and other times it doesn't seem to work at all. That is just life in a big office building. We have a lot of visitors coming through for meetings, so the lobby area stays busy. Most of us eat our lunch at our desks while finishing up emails. It's a fast-paced environment but we try to keep a friendly atmosphere among the staff. We’ve seen this area change a lot over the years as more buildings went up. It is an interesting place to work from. We just keep plugging away at the project logs and the budget sheets every day. It is mostly about getting the numbers right and the plans filed.
