We are located in Lalji Arcade, specifically in B-204, right by Purnima Chowk. If you know the Sai Mandir on Murbad Road in Kalyan West, then you know exactly where we are. We have been running Hindustan Construction Co Ltd. from this spot for a bit. It’s a busy building with a lot of other shops and offices around. It can be hard to find parking sometimes, but the location is good for being in the middle of the action. We handle a variety of building projects from here. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and site photos pinned to the walls. We aren't the type to have a polished reception desk; it’s more of a working space where things actually happen. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything. Most of the time, the guys are out at the sites, so it can be a bit quiet in the afternoons. We use the local tea shop downstairs a lot when we have meetings. People in Kalyan know us because we’ve been around the Murbad Road area for a long time. We just try to do a decent job and stay on top of our schedules. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but that is how the construction business works. We keep our boots by the door and our minds on the next task at hand, making sure everything is finished.
