We are over at 4053 on the 4th floor of the Bhandup Industrial Estate. It’s part of the Pannalal Compound on L.B.S. Road in Bhandup West. If you know the area, you know it’s a lot of old industrial buildings and plenty of activity. Hindustan Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals has its roots here. The compound is always buzzing with trucks and people coming and going. Getting up to the 4th floor takes a bit of time depending on the lift, but we like the view of the compound from up there. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything. It's mostly just shelves, desks, and the usual gear you’d expect for a place like ours. L.B.S. Road is usually packed, so we’ve learned to plan our days around the traffic. Being in Bhandup feels right for us. It’s a working-class area where people just get on with things. That’s how we operate too. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or big presentations. We just focus on the orders and making sure the labels are right. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something to organize or clean. We’ve been at this address long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s home for the business, really. Just a regular spot in a big industrial estate where we get the work finished.
