We are located at 114 in the Favourite Ind. Estate, which sits on Masrani Lane. It’s right near Halav Pull in Kurla West. If you know Kurla, you know it’s a packed area with a lot of history and a lot of small businesses squeezed together. Being in the Favourite Industrial Estate means we are part of a big mix of workshops and manufacturing units. We do our work with apparatus here, and the space is exactly what you’d expect for a manufacturing company. It’s a bit noisy at times because of the surrounding units, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. The lane itself is narrow, and getting deliveries in and out requires a bit of skill from the drivers. Inside, the walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the floors are hard. We don’t have a fancy lounge or any of that. We have our tools and our benches where we make things. Most of us have worked at Hindustan Apparatus Manufacturing Co for years, so we know the quirks of the building and the neighborhood. Kurla West has a lot of energy, and we are just one small part of it. We come in, do our manufacturing work, and head home. It’s a honest way to make a living, and being near Halav Pull makes us easy to find if you know the area well enough.
