Our office is over in Malad West at Linkway Estate. We are in unit 307 on New Link Road. This part of Mumbai is always moving, especially with the traffic on the link road. The building is one of those commercial complexes where there are lots of different businesses all mixed together. We have a modest space where we manage our operations. It’s mostly just desks, a few chairs for visitors, and shelves full of folders and samples. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The morning commute can be a bit of a struggle, but we're used to it. Inside, it's a bit quieter than the street outside. We handle a lot of orders and phone calls throughout the day. Our team isn't very large, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no big reception desk or fancy decorations. We just focus on getting the work out the door. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, and other times it doesn't feel like enough, but that’s just how these buildings are. We usually grab lunch from one of the small places nearby. It’s a practical location for us because of the transport links. We don't make a big fuss about things; we just show up and do what needs to be done. The estate has its own security and maintenance that keep things running okay enough.
