Hindalco Industries Ltd.

Our office is in Mumbai, specifically at B-501, Hill View Park in Thakur Village. We’re located in Kandivali East, near the Thakur Public School. It’s a busy part of the city, and being in a residential complex like Hill View Park gives us a different vibe than a downtown office. We work for Hindalco Industries here. The space is basically a large apartment that we use for our daily tasks. It’s a bit crowded with all the desks and the equipment we’ve squeezed in over the years. You can hear the sounds of the school nearby when the kids are on break. We spend most of our time on the phone or on our computers. Traffic in Kandivali is always a headache, so most of us are happy once we finally get inside and start the day. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer the door. It’s a very practical setup. We handle a lot of the corporate coordination from here since we are in the city. It’s not a shiny glass tower office; it’s just a place where we get things done. We have our lunch together and talk about the usual stuff like the weather or the commute. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office life for us, keeping things moving without any unnecessary drama or corporate polish.
