Himanhu Industries

Himanhu Industries is a small shop located in Malad East, Mumbai. We are specifically at Shop No. 4 in Vaibhav Kutir on Poddar Road, which is right near Gol Garden. If you know the area, you know it gets very crowded with people and traffic, especially in the evenings. Our shop is not very big, but we pack it full of the industrial items and parts that we sell. We spend most of our day behind the counter talking to customers who come in from the nearby industrial estates. It is a very hands-on business. We do not have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. Our main goal is just to make sure we have the parts people are looking for and to keep the shop running smoothly. Being near Gol Garden is nice because there is a bit of green nearby, even if we are usually too busy to go sit there. We have been on Poddar Road for a while and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We do not do any big advertising. People just see our sign when they are walking by or they hear about us from other shop owners in Malad. It is a simple, honest way to make a living in a very busy city. We open early and stay open until the last customer leaves, which is just the way things go when you run your own small shop.
