We are based in Mumbai at Flat No-201 in Building No.22 B of the New Mahada Complex. Our spot is right on Film City Road, so there is never a dull moment outside. This office is basically a typical Mumbai apartment that we have converted into a workspace for Hilti India Pvt Ltd. It stays pretty busy in here most of the time. We spend our days managing the logistics of moving tools across this massive city. The space gets a bit tight with all the equipment and files, but we make it work. You can hear the constant hum of traffic from the road all day. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and take our breaks. Most of the day is dedicated to computers and phone calls. It is a purely functional setup without any polished lobbies or corporate decor. The walls show some wear from moving boxes, and paperwork tends to pile up on the desks. However, we know exactly where everything is located. Being in the Mahada Complex means we are part of a large, active community. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we just take the stairs instead. This is a real, lived-in office where the actual work happens. We focus on getting tools to the people who need them while keeping things running in this hectic city. We don't need a lot of room to be effective.
