Being out here in Electronic City Phase II means we’re surrounded by a lot of big names, but we just stay focused on our own corner at Survey No. 46 and 47. The traffic on Hosur Road can be a real nightmare some mornings, but once you get inside the gate, it’s a bit quieter. We work with magnetics. It’s specialized stuff, and honestly, it can get pretty technical and dry. We spend a lot of time looking at specs and making sure everything lines up properly. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work for what we need to do every day. Most of the folks working here have been around for a while. We know our way around the equipment. It’s not always exciting work, sitting there checking components, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the workbench gets a little cluttered when we’re in the middle of a big batch. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. It’s just us doing the daily tasks. Sometimes we have tea breaks and talk about the commute or what’s happening in the city. We’ve seen this area grow so much since we started. It used to be much emptier around here. Now, there's a new building everywhere you look. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. It’s steady work.
