If you look for us, we’re right in the middle of Girgaon, specifically on J.S Marg. Hexanova Exim is tucked away in the Swadeshi Mill compound, Office 117 on the ground floor. Being near the Central Plaza Cinema and Charni Road station makes it easy for the staff to get in, though the trains are always packed. The office itself is pretty simple. It’s got that old Mumbai feel where every inch of space counts. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and logistics people. There’s always a stack of documents on someone’s desk waiting to be stamped. The area around here is loud with all the market activity and people rushing to catch their trains. We deal with various goods coming and going. Sometimes the humidity in the office gets to us, but we keep the fans going. It’s not some glass-walled corporate headquarters, just a practical place to run a business. We usually grab lunch from the local stalls nearby because the food is better than anything we could bring from home. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's central and people know where to find us. Dealing with the port and the local authorities takes up most of our hours. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day.
