If you find yourself in Badlapur East, we’re located in the Shri-Sankul Housing Society. Our office is unit 101 in Chaitanya Sankul. We’ve been working as Heramb Associates for quite some time now, focusing on building and developing stuff around the Thane district. It’s a local business through and through. We started here because we live here and know the area well. The office isn't anything special, just some desks, a lot of files, and maps of the local plots taped to the walls. We spend our days talking to people about their homes and trying to get all the permissions in order. It’s a lot of back and forth with the local authorities, which keeps us busy. Sometimes things move slow, but that’s just the nature of building things. We try to be honest about how long stuff takes. People in Badlapur know us as the guys who are always around the site or in the office. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people seeing our signs on a construction site and giving us a call. We like seeing the town grow and being a small part of that. It's just us, working hard to make sure the buildings we put up are solid and functional for the families moving in. We chose to set up our office here because it is right in the middle of where we work every day.
