We are based at B/17 in Ramabai Colony. If you are coming off the Eastern Express Highway, we are right opposite the Sai Baba Temple. It’s a landmark everyone knows, so it makes finding us a bit easier. The office is part of a larger compound where we keep our inventory. At Henan Zhongyuan Engine Fittings Stock Co.Ltd., we are mostly surrounded by metal parts and heavy crates. The air always has a slight metallic smell to it. Our office is just a small room at the front of the unit. We have a couple of old desks and a cupboard where we keep the technical manuals. It gets quite loud because of the highway traffic and the people visiting the temple across the way. We don’t have a fancy dress code; most of us wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. There is a small bench outside under a tree where we sit when the sun isn't too hot. We don’t do a lot of marketing or fancy talk. People just know we have the parts they need. We spend our days checking stock levels and talking to the drivers who come to pick up orders. It’s a very straightforward way of working. There are no corporate slogans on the walls, just a few calendars and a list of emergency phone numbers. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
