Helios Ayu Holistic Center

Helios Ayu Holistic Center is located in Kurla East, specifically at 43/11 in the Akashdeep Cooperative Housing Society. We are on Raghavji Road, near the Abhyudaya Cooperative Bank and not too far from the Gowalia Tank area. It is a quiet enough spot for what we do. Being inside a housing society gives it a bit more of a local, residential feel than a typical commercial building. We have been here for a while now. The space is simple and we try to keep it organized so people feel comfortable when they come in. We do not use any fancy talk or try to sell people on things they do not need. We just offer what we do and let people decide for themselves. Most of our visitors are people from around the neighborhood or folks who heard about us from a friend. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. Sometimes it gets a bit busy and we have to ask people to wait for a bit, but usually, it is quite calm. We like being in this part of Kurla. It feels like a real community. If you are looking for us, just find the bank and the housing society is right there. We are usually around during the day. It is just a straightforward place where we do our best to help out whoever walks through the door. No complications, just us.
