Heena Communication

Heena Communication is located over in Mantanpada, specifically in Room No. 9. We are right behind the Poisar Depot in Kandivali West. Being so close to the bus depot means there are always people walking by, which keeps us pretty busy. We mostly handle mobile phone stuff like SIM cards, recharges, and small repairs. The shop is small, just enough space for a counter and some display cases for accessories. It’s a local spot where people stop by on their way home from work or while they are waiting for their bus. We’ve been here for several years now and have seen the neighborhood change a bit. The room gets a little dusty because of all the traffic at the depot, so we are always cleaning the glass. We aren't trying to be a big electronics store. We just provide the basic stuff that people need for their phones every day. My younger brother helps me out in the evenings when the crowd gets bigger. We don’t have a website or any of that. Most of our customers are just people from the local buildings or drivers from the depot. It’s a simple life. We open early and stay open until the last few buses leave. If someone has a problem with their phone settings, they just bring it in and we take a look at it while they wait.
