Started out in Sector 9, Ghansoli, tucked away in Shop 9 of Bhagwati Complex. We’ve been here for a bit now, right near the PMC Bank. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to work. The shop itself isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. People usually find us because they live in the neighborhood or are just passing through Plot 12 on their way to somewhere else. Navi Mumbai has its own pace, and Ghansoli is right in the thick of it. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but inside we just keep things moving. We deal with people who are looking for simple ways to manage their day-to-day habits. It’s not fancy here. The floors might need a scrub more often than they get, and the shelves are always being rearranged because we keep getting new stuff in. Most of the regulars know us by name, and we know who’s coming in for what before they even say it. It’s just how it goes when you’ve been in the same complex for a while. If you’re coming from the station, it’s a short rickshaw ride. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just the shop number and our name on the glass. It’s practical, it’s local, and it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. Just a regular place in a regular part of town. We try to keep things organized but sometimes things get a bit messy when we are busy.
