Haytrans India Ltd-Sea Division - (Transworld Group)

Down here in Navi Mumbai, we run the sea division for Haytrans India Ltd. We’re part of the Transworld Group, and our base is in Balaji Prangan. Being in Maharashtra, especially this close to the water, makes sense for what we do. The office is pretty straightforward. We don't have any marble floors or fancy artwork. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of talk about ships and containers. The weather can get a bit humid being so close to the coast, but that's just part of life here in the 410 210 area. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of moving things by sea. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the timing is right. We’ve been at Balaji Prangan for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s a local team mostly, people who know the area well. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything. We mostly stick to the sea division tasks. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when things are behind schedule, but we just keep pushing through. It's just a normal workplace with normal people doing their best to keep things moving out on the water. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just look at the schedules and try to make sure everything lands where it is supposed to land. It keeps us pretty busy all year round at Balaji Prangan.
