Haytrans (India) Ltd. (A Division Of Transworld Group)

Haytrans (India) Ltd. is a division of the Transworld Group, and we operate out of Kamothe in Navi Mumbai. You can find us in the Pushp Sangam CHS, specifically Flat No. 103 in the A-Wing on Plot No. 35/36. Sector 12 is a residential neighborhood, so it’s a calm place to work. We deal with the shipping industry, which in Navi Mumbai is a pretty big deal. Every day involves looking at shipping schedules and talking to people at the port. It’s not a very glamorous life, but it’s interesting work. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a very homey feel to it. We aren't interested in corporate polish or making things look better than they are. We just sit at our desks, drink our coffee, and handle the logistics of moving goods. The monsoon season in Maharashtra can be tough with the rain and the humidity, but we just keep the office running regardless. Being part of a larger group means we have plenty to do, but we keep things simple here. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the job done. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure everything is handled correctly for the ships and the cargo. There is always something new to learn in this business, and Kamothe is a good place to be.
