Hatimi Traders

Hatimi Traders is located at 65, Bhajipala Lane, right in Shop no 2 of the Banatwala Building. If you have ever been down Bhajipala Lane, you know how packed it gets with people and goods moving everywhere. Our shop is small but we make it work. The Banatwala Building is an old one, and it has a lot of character. We spend most of our time behind the counter or moving boxes around. There isn’t much space to walk, but we have a system that works for us. The lights inside are a bit dim sometimes. We talk to the other shopkeepers nearby and sometimes share a cup of tea. It’s a busy environment and there is always something going on outside on the street. Being at shop number 2 means we are close to the front, so we see everyone walking by. We don’t bother with fancy decorations or anything like that. We just have our stock and our ledger. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit messy, but that’s just life in this part of town. Hatimi Traders has been here long enough that the local delivery guys know us by name. We just focus on getting through the day’s tasks. It’s loud, it’s crowded, but it’s our place. We don’t need anything more than this spot in the Banatwala Building.
