You can find us at Harmony House, which is Plot No. 77/77 in Gorai - 1. We’re right across from Society No. 56. Borivali West is where we’ve set up our home base for Harmony Additive. We work with chemical additives, which is a lot of technical stuff that most people don’t really think about. We spend our days looking at formulas and checking how different chemicals react with each other. It’s a very practical, hands-on type of business. The office is a bit of a mix between a workspace and a storage area because we always have samples coming in and out. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or promotional posters on the walls. We just have our calendars and our task lists. Gorai is a nice part of town, a bit more relaxed than the city center, which we appreciate. We handle all the orders ourselves, from the initial phone call to the final shipping labels. Sometimes we get a bit behind when a supplier has an issue, but we just work a bit later to catch up. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in the industry; we just want to make sure the products we send out are right. If something isn't up to the standard we expect, we start over. It’s just how we were taught to do things. The team is small, and we all know each other well.
