H. A. Tambawalla

You’ll find H. A. Tambawalla over on Mohamedali Road, right in the heart of Masjid Bunder. We are located in Lehri House, at shop G/81. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy it gets. There is always someone moving something, or trucks unloading nearby. It’s a very old part of town, and Lehri House has been standing for a long time. We’ve stayed in this ground floor spot because it’s easy for people to just walk in off the street. Mohamedali Road is famous for its energy, especially around the mosque area. Sometimes it takes forever just to cross the road because of the crowds. Inside the shop, things are a bit more organized, even if the building itself feels its age. We don’t bother with fancy renovations or modern stuff that doesn't fit the vibe of Masjid Bunder. H. A. Tambawalla is just a name on the door that people have come to recognize. My family has been around this area for ages, so we know the local tea sellers and the other shop owners pretty well. It’s a loud place to work, but you get used to the shouting and the horns after a week or two. G/81 is just our little corner in a very large, hectic city.
