We've been here at Sristhi Plaza for a while now. It’s on the second floor, room 209. Saki Vihar Road gets pretty jammed up with traffic most days, but it’s easy to find us because the Ford showroom is right there. Most of our days are spent folding shirts or checking the stitching on gym shorts. It gets a bit dusty being in Andheri East, but we keep the fans going. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s just us and the clothes. People usually call before they come up. We spend a lot of time looking at different fabrics and deciding what feels right for a workout. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a practical space where we handle the inventory and get things shipped out. We deal with a lot of courier guys coming in and out of the building. The plaza is busy, especially in the afternoons. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the boxes pile up when a new shipment arrives. It’s a lot of work, but we like being in this part of Mumbai. We’ve gotten used to the noise from the road and the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s where we do our thing and try to get the orders right every single day. We stay until the light starts to fade and then we lock the door and head home, just like everyone else around here.
