Gym Box

Gym Box is located up on the first floor over in Andheri West. We are right on the New Link Road, basically across from Jeevan Nagar. If you know where Star Bazaar is, we are located right next to it. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. The shop number is 2. It isn’t a massive warehouse-style gym, but we have all the stuff people actually need to work out. We have weights, some machines, and the usual gear. We have been in this spot for a good while. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow or out of order, so many of us just take the stairs instead. It’s a bit of an extra workout for the legs. The crowd is a mix of people from the nearby offices and folks living in the apartments around here. It gets really packed in the evenings after 6. Mornings are a bit more chill and quiet. We don’t really do the whole flashy lights and loud DJ thing. It is just a place to lift and get your sweat on. Sometimes it gets a bit warm when the AC is working hard, but we deal with it. It’s a straightforward setup with no hidden fees or weird contracts. Just come in, do your sets, and go home. Being next to Star Bazaar is handy for grocery shopping afterwards. Most people just want a place that's close by.
