Guk Realty Private Limited is based out of Goregaon East. Our office is over at Gala No-40 inside the Jaibharat Industrial Estate. That's part of the Prem Chs and it's right across from Virwani Industrial estate. If you know the Goregaon area, it’s a pretty industrial spot with a lot of small businesses working side by side. Our office is a simple one, tucked away in the gala. We focus on real estate matters in and around Mumbai. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a functional place where we keep our files and meet with clients. The industrial estate can be quite noisy during the day with all the trucks and activity, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been operating from this Mumbai City location for some time. We aren’t really into the flashy side of property business. We just handle the day-to-day requirements for Guk Realty. Most of our work involves managing documents and talking to people about local property deals. It’s a practical environment for a small company. We don't have a big staff, so whoever you talk to is usually the one actually doing the work. It’s just how we run things here in Goregaon. It might get a bit dusty with all the nearby construction, but that’s just how the neighborhood is these days. We keep our space tidy and just focus on the task at hand.
