We’re located at 402 Viom Arcade, which is over in the Tejpal Scheme area of Vile Parle East. It’s just off Subash Road. The building is one of those modern-ish office blocks, but once you get inside our unit, it’s all about the bimetals. We have our desks set up near the windows so we can see what’s happening on the street below. Gujarat Nippon Bimetals isn't a place for fancy meetings. It’s mostly where we handle the technical specs and the logistics of shipping our products. Vile Parle is a good area, though the traffic near the station can be a nightmare if you time it wrong. Our day usually starts with checking the emails from the factory and seeing what needs to be prioritized first. We have a small pantry where we make tea and sometimes share some snacks during the break. It’s a quiet office compared to the industrial sites, but we still keep things very practical. There’s a lot of talk about dimensions and material grades. We don't use much jargon when we talk to each other; we just say what needs to get done. The office has been at Viom Arcade for a bit, and we’ve settled into a routine that works for everyone. It’s not a large team, so we know each other well. We just focus on the metal business and try to keep things moving forward.
