Gujarat Glass Limited, Mumbai

Our Mumbai office is located at 216, D1 in the Shradha Co-operative Housing Society. It is in the Kala Choki area, which is a very active and crowded part of the city. Being in a housing society means we are surrounded by families and other small businesses. The space is a bit cramped, like most offices in Mumbai. We have files stacked up against the walls and desks pushed close together. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside and the general hum of the city. We have a small window that looks out onto the street. We have been here for a long time, so the local shopkeepers all know us by name. We do not have a big showroom or anything like that. People usually call us or stop by to discuss their requirements in person. We keep a pot of tea going for anyone who visits. The elevator in the building is a bit small and slow, so we often just take the stairs to save time. It is a practical office for a busy city life. We focus on the glass trade and keep our records as neat as we can. There is no fancy carpet or art on the walls. It is just a place of work where we spend our days. We are used to the fast pace of Mumbai and just keep doing our bit every day.
