You can find Gujarat Cork Industries over in the Janmohammed Lakhan Estate, which is part of the Kbm Compound. It's on Military Road in Marol, near Ashok Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to people who haven't been here before. The estate is quite old and has that worn-in look that comes with time. We’ve been at C-1 for a long time. It’s a practical space, mostly filled with materials and the tools we need. We don’t have a fancy reception area. Usually, you’ll just find one of us near the entrance handling something. The area around Marol is always busy, with trucks moving in and out of the compounds. It’s dusty and loud most of the time, but we don't mind it. It’s the sound of work being done. We just focus on our own tasks and try to keep things organized, even though it gets a bit cluttered sometimes. We don't bother with polished presentations or marketing stuff. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what we can do. It’s a simple operation at heart. We value the fact that we’ve stayed in this same spot for so long.
