We are over here in Mira Road, specifically in the Rose Garden Society. My desk is in B-102. It’s been a bit of a journey setting things up here in Pandurangwadi. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and checking on sites around Thane. Real estate and development aren't always pretty; there are plenty of delays and permits to deal with. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the maps and files piled up. If you're coming by, it's easier to find us if you know where the society gate is. People often get lost looking for the specific wing. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and trying to make sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination. There are days when the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days when it's just us sitting here planning out the next month. We've been in this part of Maharashtra for a while now. It feels like home. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up talking through the big decisions. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular office where we get the work done. We deal with the usual stuff like plot layouts and building plans. It takes a lot of patience to see a project through from start to finish. We just keep at it day by day.
